Join us for the fourth session in our 2021 Key FEDTalks series, “Understanding New Federal Evidence, Equity, and Evaluation Requirements: Why Should You Care?,” a session focusing on what federal leaders need to know about using data to strengthen the workforce, workplace, and mission achievement. In this FEDTalks, Susan Jenkins and Ted Kniker will discuss the importance of the mandates, practices, and available resources to help leaders build and effectively use the needed evidence base to achieve greater success in critical areas facing agencies. Susan and Ted will also provide examples from their experience as government leaders and evaluators in fostering learning in organizations.
