Interested in becoming more familiar with the weight room? Connect with other women that are beginning their fitness journey. Leave this program feeling more confident, comfortable, and knowledgeable in a gym setting. This will be an orientation of the weight room in Cassell Fitness Center, no experience necessary!

Enjoy some early Halloween celebrations on the Quad with Fall treats, games, pumpkin decorating, and AU's premier puppy costume costume contest. Any student, faculty or staff member is welcome to enter their dog in the costume contest! All dogs must be leashed and must register for the event. Please register your pup here!
This 8-week workshop is designed to give individuals the knowledge and practical skills to pass the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer Certification Exam. We will spend the first two weeks learning about the essentials of the fundamentals of human movement science over zoom. Individuals will spend the remaining 6 weeks of the workshops in person learning theoretical, and practical knowledge for the Exam. This is a nonacademic course led by the Coordinator for Personal Training.

Calling all powerlifters, join us as we bring back our annual Push Pull Competition. This event tests your strength in bench press and deadlift. Registration opens November 1. To register, visit either Cassell or Jacobs front desk. We have heard you want more time to train, so we are moving the competition to the Spring!
